President Paul BIYA returns home

The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA and First Lady Mrs. Chantal BIYA returned to the nation’s capital city of Yaoundé on Monday 14 March 2016 from a brief private visit to Europe.
The festive mood at the Nsimalen International airport was marked by drum beats and dancing CPDM militants and other well-wishers who turned out in large numbers to greet the Presidential Couple.
After brief discussions with some of the high level state officials, the Presidential motorcade made its way to Unity Palace as more jubilant militants thronged the streets of Yaoundé right up to the entrance of the Palace.
